It's not really clear how to submit a prescription for Heartgard. It's a preventive, medicine that requires a Vet to write the prescription, but yet, there's not a diagnosis available to accompany the claim. You get all these warnings that your submission will be delayed without a diagnosis.

I have been using Embrace for several years now and have had a great experience in using their services for my dog.
