Caisey's Leg
Our 8 year old Golden Retriever Caisey ruptured her Cranial Cruciate ligament and the ASPCA policy covered almost 70% of the more than $6,000 cost of the surgery and after care, including 2 second opinions before the surgery. They were compassionate and followed up several times as to her care and how she was doing. We highly recommend them.

We have only had Lexie for about 2&1/2 years, she has already had surgery and now has kidney issues which has been very difficult to diagnose ( in fact,I not sure they know yet) Embrace has saved us thousands of dollars in just the couple years we've been insured by them. They let you know when they receive the claim and a very short time the check is in the bank.

Seamless fast and true to agreed terms
Two separate claims, both processed very quickly. Received an email within a few days with clear information about what was going to be covered and what wasn't and why, matching the terms of the policy, no unexpected deductions or rejections. Payment arrived in the mail within a couple of weeks. No surprises except how quickly and efficiently everything was settled. My policy has a large deductible, but the expense was even larger, so that`s what I can speak to.

Trupanion has exceeded my expectations.
And I expected a lot. Great customer service. Really easy way to submit claims, and rapid turnaround. Direct and helpful. I've never had a problem in more than 5 years of being with them. I'd be in debt if it not for Trupanion. I recommend everyone I meet that has a puppy to get pet insurance with them. They're great.

Embrace is the ONLY pet insurance I recommend
My cat Callie who will be 10 in April 2017 has a chronic ear problem that needs to be treated by the veterinary. Embrace has always come through and paid the claim in a timely manner. Callie may also have Irritable bowl syndrome which means she can only eat small frequent meals throughout the day. I know that if she needs further treatment I will be able to afford it because I have insurance.

My girl had Steroid Responsive Meningitis. Between diagnosis and treatment the bill was well over $10 000. The emergency and specialty hospital did direct billing. It allowed my wonderful dog to get the best care and I didn't have to stress about funds to pay for her. I paid a fraction of the cost thanks to the insurance. Trupanion saved her life in my eyes. I HIGHLY recommend Trupanion to all owners.
