THE BEST!!
Pets Best has been a huge help for me. I have a 4 yo rescue kitty that has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure.....at such a young age, I cannot just let him go without a fight. He was diagnosed Dec 8 and it has taken 2 months of weekly ER visits and adding new medication and seeing the Heart Specialist.....we have finally gotten him a bit more stable. Everyone I have spoken with at Pets Best is so very empathetic and caring. Sending in my claims is easy and they pay right into my checking account quickly. If not for them I would not be able to give such great care....and because of them, my Stress level is definitely lower knowing I can help my little guy. As of today, he has gained weight back and he is super happy and playful. He seems to be on an upswing and we are praying we are now just doing rechecks every few months. I am so very grateful for this company for helping me continue to give my little guy a good quality of life and lots of love. He is a rescue and deserves to have many more years of good health and lots of love. THANK YOU PETS BEST!!!! I am forever grateful for your help!!

The best insurance
I am a practicing emergency veterinarian and have 3, soon to be 4 of my fur babies insured under Healthy Paws. When Priya, my 1 1/2 year old got sick with inflammatory bowel disease, I had nothing to worry about when it came to providing her the absolute best care because I had Healthy Paws at my back. I recommend Healthy Paws to every pet parent! Believe me, it's so worth the protection!

Trupanion is SO easy to work with!
Trupanion has been nothing but excellent in their customer service and reimbursing my veterinarian. My vet is online with Trupanion, so they submit the bills right there and let me know what my portion is so I check out knowing that not only are my pets well cared for with me having peace of mind about insurance covering some of the cost, but also their medical needs are met without so much financial worry. The monthly premium is well worth it!

Increased Premiums 27% in the 2 year term
Trupanion has raised my rates for Gus from $80.00 per month to $109 per month in two years (26.7%). We enrolled Gus at 6 weeks old and he has never had a medical issue. We are cancelling immediately! Who knows what they would charge us as Gus ages. What a mistake it was to sign up with Trupanion. When I complained about the increase they tried to convince me to increase the deductible -all they are doing is allocating risk from them to me. And what a hard sell they tried to give me when I asked to cancel.

Worst experience
I have verified that embrace received all documentation supporting my claims over 7 (yes 7) times. I have driven to my vet's office and sat on the phone confirming they've received the fax. I have requested and received a confirmation email stating embrace has everything they need. 2 days ago I called again and confirmed that all documentation is there and being reviewed by the claim person. Just today I received notification that my claim has been processed. I log in and it say the claim was cancelled due to lack of information. It has been a month since I submitted all paperwork, endless calls and confirmations and now this??? Unbelievably frustrated with me experience. Get it together embrace!
