Been with Pets Best many years. Had 3 claims over $1000-2000. Never had any issues. The process to submit the claim is very easy, and direct deposit payment to my checking account. I am a happy customer!

My poor beagle, Sundae, had 3 leg surgeries last year (2016) - she tore the ACL in both legs. Unfortunately, one of her legs never fully healed and she doesnt use it and is in pain. We have to keep her on pain mess to help manage her discomfort. "

Great service for our Zoey
A couple years ago, my wife and I decided we should get insurance for our dog Zoey, she was in great health and had tons of energy, but is a big dog and had just turned 7. About 6 months ago we found out that she has a heart condition. Healthy Paws has made all the vet visits, cardiologist visits and medicine much more manageable for us. The customer service has been fantastic. Very professional yet personal at the same time. Getting pet insurance was one of the best decisions we made as pet owners.

Healthy Paws is first rate!
I am really happy I signed up with Healthy Paws. My puppy is 4 months old and she needed an endoscopy to remove pebbles she had eaten in our backyard. Healthy paws paid the claim quickly at 90% with no questions asked. Saved me over $2000. I have been a health insurance broker for the last 20 years so I know good service when I see it! These guys are first rate!

for the last 11 years I have paid out of pocket for my 2 English Bulldogs. Now starting with new puppies we are new to pet insurance. I am absolutely thrilled and impressed with your product and customer care. I spoke with Katie once before I purchased the plan and today Jennifer helped my navigate and reconcile some issues. waste of 2 yrs of coverage 4 nothing
waste of money, what they claim is covered is not. they word things just so that they end up denying your claim no matter what its for! worthless. cant believe i wasted over 2 yrs for them to not cover a simple accident that was way cheaper than what i paid for 2 yrs.hematomas are not an illness.it was a bite that formed a hematoma.

If am so impressed with this insurance, I will never be without it and would recommend it to anyone. Our dog had an aggressive cancer that literally grew to be the size of a softball within one month.. our choice was either treat the cancer or have our dog put to sleep😢 The tumor was determined operable but would have to be followed up with Chemotherapy , the cost took us by surprise and without Truepanion we would have lost our dog... The doctors office submits claims electronically, I have been receiving the EOB within 24 hour, and claims are reimbursed within 5 days... I wish my insurance was this good...

Best insurance experience we've ever had
Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance company around. We were skeptical about pet insurance until a neighbor recommended it to us (she saw how active and goofy our rescue lab puppy was...) Later that year he hurt his leg and needed surgery, which would have been financially miserable had we not had the accident insurance. (X-rays alone were $400.) The claims process is exceptionally easy and our reimbursement arrived faster than we expected. The customer service is unparalleled. We now recommend Healthy Paws to all of our dog-owning friends and all new pet owners (especially those who are considering adopting a labrador!)
