Amy rocks!
We just adopted a new dog as company for our female Boxer. Online I was approved for new dog Baxter. Then I had a question so phoned Customer Service. Amy answered my call and boy did she help me. She added Baxter to the Boxer's existing policy saving me 5%! She was able to give me info on existing claims including the reimbursement down to the penny. For every question Amy found an answer. When I phone any customer service I look for what I call the 3 P's - Pleasant, Professional and Polite. Amy has these qualities by the bucketsful. In fact, every time I have phoned AKC Insurance I have received excellent service. Thank you AKC Pet Insurance for selling a reliable product and short turn around time processing claims. We have been with you for years. I have recommended several people to check you out. All y'all rock!

Impressive service; quick response and caring staff.
I'm always amazed at this service. They truly seem concerned with our dogs and sometimes follow up to find out how Daisy or Dolly is doing. Payment has been prompt as well as explanations. The website is easy to navigate and now filing a claim is even easier.

Definitely reccomended, very prompt and fair !
An eye injury occurred and of course late at night so off to the emergency clinic. Thank goodness we went as prompt attention enabled my dear little dogs torn cornea to heal quickly!!!So glad I decided to buy insurance and so very happy with Embrace quickly covering our claim!

Great insurance for my Yorkies
I've had a few claims over the past 11 years I've had aspca pet insurance and never had any problems. I get reimbursed right away. Their customer service is excellent. When I had to put down my beloved Buttons all of her aftercare was covered. Even cremation. And aspca pet insurance called to check on me.

HP saved us from some very hard decisions.
We love our Healthy Paws insurance. We have had a lot of bills related to pain management and imaging services lately that we could NEVER have afforded without it. Our puppy is now on a course of treatment to alleviate all of his severe suffering and should be a happy dog again soon. You have customers for life, and we tell everyone how important our pet insurance has been in these difficult past few months, and that it's one of the best investments we've every made (better ROI than my 401k!). You've definitely saved our young puppy a lot of pain and possibly even his life. We are very thankful for our Healthy Paws insurance.

What a relief to have Trupanion!
My 14 month old competition dog came up lame. She ended up needing shoulder surgery, and now rehabilitative services. Trupanion was a real saving grace! Super easy to work with, amazing support staff and customer service... and the best part - super fast reimbursement!!

Trupanion has always come through for us
My dog recently needed to have a mass removed from her abdomen, the charges included pre-op bloodwork, the procedure and its attendant costs, as well as the pathology report. Trupanion covered everything as they promise, 90% less the deductable. Since the first dog I insured with them, they have always been there, true to their contract, and with wonderful staff.
