Great Service
Our 5 year old dauchshund had emergency back surgery in January 2017. In the turmoil of not knowing if Chuli would ever walk again, Embrace made it easy to make our claim and covered 80% of his $6000 surgery as well as some physical therapy. Four months later Chuli is walking and happy again. Thank you Embrace!

Rest assured, Healthy Paws does what it says! It pays promptly and claims are so easy to file online. My dog had to have cranial cruciate ligament repair surgery which is quite expensive. It was approved quickly with no questions asked. I received a follow up email inquiring about his healing and health. We couldn't be more satisfied with Healthy Paws. I would highly recommend this to any pet owner who wants to have peace of mind concerning their beloved pets.

Healthy Paws does just like it advertises. Our dog ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament in his knee and had to have surgery. Our claim was approved promptly and a follow up letter was received by Healthy Paws inquiring about his progress and healing. YET ANOTHER SCAM
THIS OPERATION IS ANOTHER SCAM WE HAVE TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM. TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS ENTITY TELLING ME THAT MY FAKE 6-WEEK INSURANCE WAS UP. THE CALLER FEIGNED AN INTEREST IN MY ADOPTEE CAT THEN WENT ON TO SAY THAT THE INSURANCE COVERAGE HAD EXPIRED. WHAT INSURANCE COVERAGE? IF THERE WAS SUCH A THING, WHY NOT CALL 2-3 WEEKS AGO TO GENUINELY ASK HOW THE ADOPTEE WAS AND HOW THEY MIGHT HELP? THIS IS YET ANOTHER MONEY GRAB. LIKEN IT TO EVERYONE ELSE OUT THERE TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK OFF THE VULNERABLE...BE THEY ANIMALS, SENIORS OR THE MEEK AND MISINFORMED. I AM FOLLOWING UP WITH THE NORTHBRIDGE GENERAL INSURANCE GROUP WHO IS APPARENTLY PART OF THIS RUSE.

I have been contemplating getting pet health insurance for years. After I spent $2000 on my dogs broken toe I thought it couldn't hurt. It has been amazing. My cat recently was diagnosed with cancer and it has taken all of the agony out of deciding what to do. It is no longer about the money but about my pets quality of life. I am so appreciative! So easy. You don't have to wonder what is covered and what is not. The Vet submits all of the information and paperwork and you just wait for the reimbursement to show up in your account.
