I wish my insurance company for people is for my p
Whether it was Jelly falling and needing serious ligament surgery or for emergency blood transfusion because of previously undetected anemia, a diagnosis of chronic kidney failure which necessitated lots of lab work, and subsequent, ongoing treatment, or Max's serious flea problem, or reimbursement for Simon's routine check ups, ASPCA has delivered over and over again. They are very clear upfront and what is covered. I have use them for more than 10 years and I've never been disappointed. Without them my expenses were my one cat, Jelly, alone would've been $16,000 out-of-pocket. ASPCA consistently covers 80% of all my expensive. Truly a lifesaver! I recommend him highly

Best Customer Service!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is absolutely amazing. It is so easy to submit a claim by just snapping a picture on the app (takes me 10 seconds, I do it before I leave the Vet!) Recently, my pup had an emergency, and it was of course quite expensive. Thank goodness she is okay, and thank goodness I had insurance. They let me know my claim was approved within 72 hours, and I received my check one week later, before I even had to pay off my credit card. Even more impressive, I got an email from Healthy Paws checking on my pup after her stomach issues. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough.

I am very thankful for Healthy Paws
My GSP ended up getting sick, which turned out to be a fungal infection. Many expensive tests later we have these results. We are still waiting on a treatment plan and Healthy Paws has been right there with us. Pets are family and you only want to provide them with the best medical care. With Healthy Paws I can do that. When you get pet insurance you pray that you will never have to use it. But I can't tell you how thankful I am for Healthy Paws. It makes a very stressful situation a little less stressful.

I would not recommend
We got an Bull Terrier, AKC and UKC registered. Beautiful pup. As soon as we registered him with AKC I got the insurance information from AKC, called Pet Partners to find out the detailed and specifically asked for the insurance the would cover everything. I signed up for the one they told me was their premium insurance and it would cover everything a small deductible. I signed up for and it cost me around $55.00/month. The first time I was frustrated was when our pup had a reaction against the microchip that the breeder's vet inserted. We took him to our vet, had to get it removed. It cost hundreds of dollars. When I sent the claim it was not "covered" because the microchip was inserted prior to the insurance began (and prior to us owning our dog). Fast forward to when the dog was one year old, we found out he had a congenital heart condition and to stay alive he would need to take 4 different medications. I thought "thankfully I signed for the higher insurance". No such luck. Pet Partners did NOT COVER any of his bills they pointed me out to the small print in the back of the agreement that excludes "congenital conditions". I asked how come I was told this insurance would cover everything, they should cover at least the vet visits and cost of taking the dog to the ER before we found out he had the heart condition "there is nothing we can do" was the answer received. Thankfully we were able to afford and give our pup the best we could for the short life he had (he just passed at 3 years old) I do not recommend them, and suggest you find another insurance. That's what I am doing with the new pup we are getting.

We took our cat to the Toronto Emergency Clinic for severe vomiting, dehydration and systemic infection. The doctors were wonderful and Trupanion was a life saver. They are available 24-7. They have excellent communication skills and very efficient with claim reimbursements.

ASPCA pet insurance is awesome.
I have been with aspca for several years and they have been great. I'm very satisfied with the services I have been receiving. Due to my Pepper's condition, I have submitted at least two claims per month and I have received my payment within the same week my claim have been submitted.Thank ASPCA!
