Amazing pet insurance
The response time is immediate. And customer services claim line is open 24 hours a day. Immediately was approved for surgery for my dog Who broke a leg at the time of the incident.

Figo is top notch thru and thru!
After searching for and researching various companies, I wish I had found Figo first! Their website was easy to navigate, their coverage far exceeds others, and everything was easy to understand. The sign up process was quick and simple. I called to verify a few things once I was signed up and Jennifer went above and beyond to answer all my questions and spent some time asking about my puppy which just made me love the company even more. I honestly feel well taken care of and in the event that I do have to use the insurance in an unfortunate experience, I know Figo will help me out. Thank you!

Very Impressed so Far!
I have been very impressed with PetPlusUs. Luckily, my 8 week old Golden Retriever came with a 6 week free starter trial with PetPlusUs. Within 3 days of him being home, he became very sick with puppy strangles. This wound up costing me well over $700 and treatment is still ongoing. He is now 14 weeks old. I was able to utilize their 24/hr Emergency Help Phone when he first became sick and they were extremely helpful. After the trial expired, I was given a free month of complimentary coverage in return for signing up for their full policy. I have yet to pay a cent to this company as this complimentary month has not ended, but I have already received a payment from them. Currently, they have processed just over $550 worth of claims and I have been reimbursed $345. Their representatives are extremely courteous, and I was very pleased when they called during my trial period to inquire about my new puppy and provide me with more information about their coverage. I would highly recommend PetPlusUs. Although I was skeptical that I would ever get a payout with any pet insurance company, they have proven me wrong!

The claim we made was paid promptly with most of it accpeted without issue. However, I did not see an explanation of why the reimbursement was not 90% of the claim.

ASPCA has always been there for our "babies"
We have been using ASPCA Pet Insurance for almost 15 years and we could not be any happier! ASPCA provides fast, thorough and courteous service on all of our claims - and we have 4 cats! Unfortunately, we have a very sick cat which requires a lot of care. Not only does ASPCA handle her claims quickly, they actually care about her as a patient - they have called our house numerous times just to see how she is doing! That's going above and beyond in our book. We recommend ASPCA Pet health Insurance to everyone...

Thank God for Embrace!
Our dog started vomiting and having blood in her poop. We had several trips to the vet and some over night stays. We were eventually sent to specialist. There were so many test done and changes in foods. It was a very stressful time. It started early February and lasted into March. It turned out to be Inflammatory bowel disease. Owning a Lab, we got the insurance because we figured she would eat something or get bad hips, never did we expect this at 2 1/2 years old! Embrace was so easy to deal with. We were able to get pre certified for the visit at the Animal Specialist which was costly and that made getting the money back easy quick. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We have the wellness plan as well, and it looks like we will use every bit of it each year with this new condition...and to think we thought about canceling the insurance this year! Thank Goodness we didn't! Peter is awesome!!

A lifesaver for pet and owner
I think of my pet insurance coverage payments like a savings account for my pets' health needs. I normally don't need it, but when I do it saves my animal and I both a great deal of heartache and pain. When veterinary intervention is needed it saves me from having to struggle with coming up with the money for my pets' treatment.
