I have a Sphynx Cat (Bailey). When I decided on Pet Insurance, I decided on Pets Best after a lot of research. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions ever.. Our Bailey had a couple little coughing like episodes, seemed weird, as havnt seen him do that, so took him to the Vet. Vet needed to do Xrays, Found out he got pheumonia. Who in the world would have figured that can happen .. Office Visit, Xrays, Shot, and take home medicine, over $350 . Got home, logged on to PetsBest, attached picture of Vet bill/payment .. Got a email response of Claim received & processing, and not even 5 days later I believe it was, Pets Best paid the Claim and deposited into my checking account.. I wish my personal heath insurance was as expedient and responsive.. Never had pet insurance before covering Bailey with Pets Best, and you better believe, I will never be without it.. Thank you for being someone we can count on Pets Best..

Our Pointer Was Attacked On Th…
Our pointer was attacked on the neck by a neighbor dog, it tore through to the tissue, requiring sedation and stitches. Of course it happened after regular vet hours. What a relief to know that I could rush him to the emergency vet to get him the best care he needed and that I would have some financial help from his insurance. Always makes tough situations easier. thanks SO much Pets Best. Our sweet Gunner is on the mend!

My Kitty Ajax Had Issues That …
My kitty Ajax had issues that led the Vet to think that it was FLUTD. Knowing that I would get help from PetsBest made it so much easier to approve the tests that Ajax needed. PetsBest covered part of the tests, vet visit and medication, and Im so happy they were there to help because I didn"t have to make the tough decision between my kitty and money."

Nothing but run around when trying to cover my pet
I have had nothing but trouble with trying to get my pets covered. I have personally sent in medical history, vet has sent in medical history and we are continually told they do not have it. I have so far gotten 2 of my 3 dogs covered with repeated calls and complaining. My third dog is still in review phase because they claim they do not have medical records. I spoke to the Vet, they gave me a copy of the fax transmission sheet and they ladies name they dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous that this process takes months. It's really not worth the headache of having this insurance.

Outstanding Health Coverage
If I could give Healthy Paws 10 stars out of 10 I would. Hands down this is the best and most affordable health coverage you can get for your dog. I have had two of the other health insurance companies in years past and found them difficult to work with, lacking in coverage and customer service. Then I got my German Shorthair Pointers and was determined to do my due diligence and get the best coverage I could because customer service is extremely important to me. All the reviews pointed to Healthy Paws and so I went with them. I am certainly glad I did since my dogs are my kids and since they are highly trained hunting dogs. When Duchess got sick from a sudden illness I rushed her to the vet who immediately ordered a battery of tests and referred us to a specialist. Being vey concerned about her condition i decided to proceed with the recommended treatment plan forgetting I even had health coverage at first. After what seemed like a never ending barrage of tests and procedures they got her under control and stabilized. She is making excellent progress now. But throughout the ordeal I simply submitted the invoices via the convenient app on my iPhone and was delighted to receive emails from healthy paws within a few days indicating my claims were covered with checks on the way. I couldn't be happier about Duchess slowly making a good recovery from what appears to be some sort of autoimmune disease which they have not yet determined. But Healthy Paws was there for us when we needed them. Don't go with another company. Do your dog and yourself a favor and buy Healthy paws right away.Best coverage around.

This is my saving grace!!!
We dreamt... forever on adding a little Chocolate Lab to our family, we went through all the proper steps of finding a reputable breeder and a dog with a good family history. Despite that, because I grew up in a doggie household, I know how much these members of our family can cost us. Never do you imagine that you will have to use any of the pet insurance, especially in a puppy that is only 12 weeks old... but we did! Aliyah our 12 week old Chocolate Lab was diagnosed with a pre existing condition known as a liver shunt. We had rushed her to the emergency vet with signs of disorientation, foaming saliva, and weakness. She was admitted into the ICU at Cornell Veterinary Hospital, which I can ensure you is NOT cheap. After numerous visits with specialists, series of testing, medication, C-Scans, etc. I'm sure you can only imagine how much we are up too...$$$$ the ASPCA Pet Insurance has been my saving grace! Our little girl is doing fabulous today. She is a happy puppy with lots of energy and growing like a weed! I have to say that the pet insurance has been my guiding light through this entire process. Although we are not out of the woods yet, and Aliyah will have to go for an operation when she turns 8 months old. We are optimistic that she will live a long, happy, and healthy life! The ASPCA Pet Insurance was so quick in there reimbursements that it has continued to provide me with the money that I need to keep Aliyah healthy and strong. The staff from the very beginning has been supportive and informative the helped in guiding me to what the proper plan was for me based on the type of dog we were getting, to now when we need all the support we can. It's unfortunate that we have to use the insurance, but it is most fortunate that I have a great support team in the ASPCA Pet Insurance Company. I recommend them to every one I know who already has a pet and is thinking about adding a little joy to their family as well. Thank you with all my heart!
