For anyone who loves their pets need to know about trupanion!
With the activation took a lot of my stress away, I was so worried about my baby girl and trupanion showed me that its all going to be okay
When I called customer service they were very attentive and answered clearly most of my questions. I received a better response by phone. There was a few emails missing, but, I had a lot of claims. I thought it would be confusing and take a longer time for reimbursement, but I received checks in less than two weeks. I submitted claims a few years ago for surgery complications when I almost lost my furbaby and he had to have surgery revision by a different specialist after Emergency visits. I always was promptly served for each of them.
What a comfort to have insurance as we headed to the emergency vet. It was my first issue and was easy to put in the claim. So grateful my pup is fine and happy to know I have help in a emergency.
We pay a monthly fee and have a high deductible. Yes, that was our decision. But to be reimbursed only $19 is absolute disgusting. That is no where near the “90%” after deductible that the plan states. What a joke.
