I've been paying for insurance for six months, which was supposedly comprehensive, and when I first complained, they told me it doesn't even cover vaccinations! Nothing preventive, just accidents! That's not even what I read when I bought the policy! I don't recommend it.

Slow on reimbursement
MetLife used to be incredibly fast for reimbursement. However, that is no longer the case. We’re usually left waiting around 4-6 weeks before we see any movement in claim status on the app/reimbursement.

This comp[any has been borderline dishonest trying to block my very legitimate claim. Demanding Medical records for the last 2 years when thy only said the waiting period was seveeral weeks for new claims. I submitted the records which show this is a new claim and they send me emails denying they received them which is a lie they arejust trying to get out of paying a legitimate claim. allan M.
