MetLife is Great!
The process when submitting claims is pretty seamless and the explanation of benefits helps to explain everything that is covered and not covered. They are there when I need them and easy to communicate with.

We had Nationwide Pet Insurance for both our Frenchie and Golden Doodle. We were with them ever since they were puppy’s. They unfortunately after many years as loyal customers they closed their premium policy’s with wellness and cancelled ours. Little did we know that was going to open the doors to even a better insurance company that offers a more convenient app, outstanding customer service, and a more detailed and efficient claims process. Sometimes life closes doors because it’s time to move forward.

They can let people that know nothing…no help
They can let people that know nothing about insurance know more about how it exactly runs and what it does. I have the insurance from you and i have put in at least 4 claims and they didn't approve not one of them. Embrace sucks.
