Always a pleasure!
It's always a pleasure to file a claim with Lemonade. Their customer service is top notch, and it's so easy! This is my first pet so if there's ever an issue they walk me through what they may need from me or why something may not be eligible for a claim. They have also read my invoices and realized I could claim more and added it onto my claim for me! They love seeing pics of my pup and are so genuinely nice!

Great claim processing and reimbursement time!
Prior to selecting Lemonade Pet Insurance, I looked at several pet health insurance plans. After carefully reviewing all of them, I selected Lemonade because they offer a Pet Wellness Plan. This is important because it encourages all pet parents to bring their beloved fur child in for a yearly checkup, update vaccinations, draw necessary lab tests, etc. As a devoted pet parent, I bring my fur daughter in every year for a wellness exam. The ease of submitting a claim was surprisingly easy, the Customer Service Rep did a fabulous job, received my reimbursement within one business day.

Lemonade is easy, fair and affordable
The Lemonade app is extremely user-friendly and even charming. No long waits or call-centers.
The refund policy is fair. Never had to haggle for a reimbursement that was promised.
The rates are reasonable. I also like that Lemonade believes in supporting non-for profits.

Refreshing like lemonade on a hot summer day
Lemonade makes processing claims so easy. Their app is simple to use and claims are processed immediately. I have added the wellness plan and the claims I made against it were paid out within 1-2 days. Everything is handled through there app and if there are issues with a claim an email is sent in a day or two to explain the issues as well as a callback number should you choose to prefer to talk to a live person.
