Trupanion processed our ER/ICU claim in a matter of days. Our whippet experienced cluster seizures and within minutes we were on the way to the ER/ICU clinic. I cannot express enough our appreciation for the Trupanion help with this bill, as well as having our darling boy back home with us and doing well on medication.
