I'm disappointed with the lack of preventative measures when it comes to pets.
I'm disappointed with the lack of preventative measures when it comes to pets. I think that being preventative is more important than having to pay for surgery or medicines after the fact. For example my vet suggested even though we maintain our dogs oral health that he I have some plaque removed from his back teeth. This is far better than having to later extract teeth or deal with cavities. As an insurance company I think it would cut your costs if preventative measures were included in the benefits. This can also be said for deworming as dogs will be outside and are likely to come into contact with different types of worms. I don't think you this would be a huge cost you if you were to consider covering 90% of deworming and teeth cleaning when the vet has recommended it after preventative wellness care has been given by the owner. Seems that there are more things that are not covered them are true Trupanion.

The rep was good, but my call was due to an almost 25% increase in premiums.

I like these guys!
Excellent insurance company for your pet insurance. They pay your claims with no hassle. They do not try to find excuses to reduce payments based on "exclusions" as I have experienced with other insurance companies. They follow up to see how your pet did with its illness. If you signed up, for instance, to get 90% reimbursement on your claims, you will get the 90% reimbursement that they promised you when you signed up. I like this company!

Thank god for ASPCA Insurance
My Snoopy was really sick and in a lot of pain after taking him to the best doctor and many tests they found what was wrong it was very costly going almost every day for a weeknow Snoopy if better and himself glad to have him back The best thing I ever did was get ASPCA Insurance. I had another insurance for a few years but they never paid anything I don't know what I would without the insurance and best of all they paid me in a week Thank You ASPCA
