The above ratings we gave were directed to Shelby who was the main contact person during the recent trouble we had with Trupanion.The original representatives we talked with were not particularly helpful. However, when we asked for a supervisor and Shelby came into the picture, she resolved all of our issues in a prompt and professional manner, and we couldn't be happier. We have been with Trupanion 11 years with our Yorkie Logan, and we expect exceptional service from Trupanion. We received this type of service from Shelby, and she will be our contact person in the future. Hopefully the way she deals with issues that might arise could be passed on to others at Trupanion who answer the phones and are the front line contact with the public. At this point, under the above stated conditions we would recommend Trupanion to family and friends. Cheers, Anna and Robert and Logan Lowery

Don't think that this is the representative's fault. Although she did give me wrong information to start, she did call back and tell me that what she said was incorrect. I have recommended Trupanion in the past, but based on the way my most recent claim was processed I am not so sure and would definitely not go out of my way to say how pleased I am with your coverage.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from Trupanion and recommend it to every pet owner that I know. I continue to be impressed with the speed at which claims are processed. My cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism just months after I started coverage, so having insurance has been a big help. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, with Trupanion, I won't have to make decisions regarding my cat's care based on the cost of a procedure. I have also been pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the Customer Care representatives when I have called.

Trupanion is wonderful! You made going through a very stressful, emotional process much easier by having one less thing to worry about, the cost of treatment for our dog. Trupanion associates were always compassionate and caring. Our claims were promptly processed and we received reimbursement quickly. Thank you! I would highly recommend Trupanion!
