I don't know how much better the claim process could have been! There was a timely response sent via email. My claim was originally submitted by the vet's office via fax. The explanation of benefits (EOB) was clear and very understandable.

Seriously, having bought insurance for my puppy continues to be one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! I'm NOT kidding. I enjoy a ridiculous level of satisfaction with the peace of mind that this insurance affords me. Whether I suspect she accidentally swallowed something bad or develops an ear infection, I have no worries about whether or not I will be able to afford any necessary medical care. Additionally, the support staff at Pet's Best always does a tremendous job of answering any and all of my questions. I could not be more pleased with my continued relationship with Pet's Best.

I'm a PetsBest policy holder for many years and 4-beloved fur babies, of which 2 are still on this side of the rainbow bridge. Petsbest is a lifeline, the current claims for treatment of my dog's hepatitis and pancreatitis has saved his life. without Petsbest's prompt and fair processing of claims an already stressful situation would have been worse. Rec'd check in the mail within a day or two of your email. Could do direct deposit, have chosen not to go that route. Appreciate your Pets Best emails also.
