The very best pet insurance!
I've been super impressed with Figo. I recommend them to all of our friends. The customer support has been fantastic... they answer the phone quickly, they are friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly care about my dog. They've approved all of my claims in a timely manner. Reimbursement happens very quickly. This is the way pet insurance should be. Highly recommend!

Misleading policy
When I bought coverage for my Havanese puppy I knew that Healthy Paws did not cover regular exams, vaccinations, etc. It is meant to cover catastrophic situations, yes. After almost a year of coverage I submitted a claim, and found, to my surprise, that no vet exam is covered at all. This is not stated clearly. After all, a dog who has been hit by a car or who is vomiting blood still has to be diagnosed, and thus must be seen by a vet. Not covering that part of the emergency treatment means that my deductible goes up from $100 to about $160. Now my premiums are set to go up from $38 to $45, as well. Really, pretending every vet exam is of equal relevance is a deceptive policy.

#1 reason why I LOVE this insurance.... NO PAYOUT LIMITS and 90% COVERAGE! Seriously! Our dog is at over $100,000 paid out for her entire lifetime with this policy! Also, they have been so NICE to be able to pay my vet directly so I don't have to pay my entire bill and wait for reimbursement.Thanks Trupanion!!!

no hassle claim processing
Our experience with Embrace has been, excellent! Contrary to the general belief about insurance providers, Embrace staff has been very helpful and did not look for reasons to decline our claim or reduce the claim amount. All the terms and conditions were clearly stated upfront while issuing the policy and advice was also provided to reduce any risks and obtain wider coverage.

Great customer service!
I am a first time pet owner and using Embrace was a relatively easy process for me when my dog had an emergency visit resulting in a couple costly procedures. I am extremely satisfied with how timely my claim was processed after I gave followup information.

We're greatful for the service and coverage with Embrace. When our newly adopted puppy "Rylie" was stung by a Bee and had respitory issues from it, we started out for our Vet and did not make it there but instead pulled into the closest Vet we could find. They welcomed us with opened arms and helped save the day. Embrace was awesome about covering that emergency without a problem. I even waited to turn in paperwork with other claims and it was taken care of. This is the first time I have bought pet insurance and so far it's a great expierence.

Simply the Best
I had another insurance with my other Newfie. They only paid a specific amount for a procedure. Which doesn't work well when they say they only pay 1000 and the procedure is 3000....so when I got this puppy, I chose Embrace because they will just pay what ever plan you chose. You chose a yearly $$ limit and $$ deductible. This way I can use any vet etc, and not worry about the exact price. Sage became very ill and we were at OSU for awhile. Embrace has paid every bill 80%...which thus far has been $4712.37. I can not express how comforting it is to have your dog treated where ever necessary to make sure they get well and survive. Sage is doing awesome at this time.
