Wished I'd choosen them from the start
Very easy to understand policy - no nasty surprises. Very good customer service, good and helpful communication, quick reimbursement...and OHMYGOODNESS...no fee schedule! That was a HUGE problem for me because I live in New York State and everything costs more here.

Pets Best Claims Have Always Been...
Pets Best claims have always been very easy to submit online and receive reimbursements quickly. Every transaction has been smooth. I recently lost my dog, but Pets Best paid my claims and then cancelled my policy right away to ensure that I wasn't paying for unneeded insurance. If we decide to get another dog in the future, we will definitely use Pets Best again!!
