Excellent service by caring personnel
It is unusual for an online organization to convey a personal connection but that is what Healthy Paws does. Two days after receiving the hospital bill they had a check in the mail to me. Two weeks later I received an email asking how Tiger was doing and sending hugs. Last year an emergency visit out of state was handled just as easily. Efficient and caring - a dynamite combination guaranteed to keep me telling everyone about my pet insurance company.

Excellent pet insurance
I have a bloodhound who has severe allergies and requires daily medication for them. I can download the invoice from my vet and within days the reimbursement is in my checking account. There has never been an issue with payment of any of my claims.

Lucky we had a Trupanion policy
we are in our 70's and have had many types of insurance i.e. Life, Health, Auto, Trip, Property etc. When our puppy had his first seizure, we were very emotional when we called Trupanion about coverage. The young man who answered our call was supportive and assured us our puppy Lucky's medical expenses would be covered. Everything about our experiences with Trupanion was outstanding from the caring people we have spoken to on the telephone to the expedited claim service. If every insurance company was like Trupanion, life's problems would not seem so overwhelming. Our Lucky's medical bills were over $5,000.00. How we would have paid them without Trupanion would be problematic and would have been a financial burden for us. Lucky's care continues to be covered and the Trupanion people are always so kind and caring each time we need them. We recommend every pet owner have Trupanion for their pet's health. It will also give you piece of mind.

When deciding to add another furry friend we wanted insurance just in case. Our other Doxie had been in the animal hospital and cost us over a thousand dollars. After we purchased Dutchess we had no idea that in 6 weeks she would become very ill. Taking her to the vet we didn't have to ask how much for each test. She is fine now and will be on a special diet but Embrace pays for that also. She has a very sensitive gastric system. Thanks Embrace!!!
