Easy and fast
it's always hard to add another monthly charge to your expenses but I'm glad we choose to get health insurance for our dog Frank. We have used the plan 3 times in his 3 years with us and it has more than paid for itself and given us peace of mind. Uploading a claim is easy, payment is quick, service is great!

Extremely pleased with my Embrace insurance. Used for the first time due to my dog having surgery for bladder stones. Kept me informed as to what stage I was in for a refund. All questions were answered politely. Happy I made the decision to purchase the insurance thru Embrace.

Excellent Coverage and Staff
Among insurance companies I would rate Pets+Us highly because not only do they consider every claim very carefully, but they actually listen when you have concerns that they did not address at first. They are most willing to speak with the treating veterinarians as well as the customer and are always happy to answer either phone calls or emails. Coverage is very good for alternative care - not capped as many companies do, and while not everything is covered Pets+Us are very happy to tell you ahead of time what they will and won't cover. I also appreciate the military discount and ability to change coverage as needed. Only downfall is sometimes I do wait several weeks for a claim perhaps due to the complexity of my dogs health issues. I am happy to say that most alternative therapies were covered after some clarifications ! I would like to see a type of bonus reduction in premiums for those of us who keep our dogs fit and holistically healthy -:)

Superb company 7 year plus customer multiple dogs
I have had both of my Labradors insured by EMBRACE from the moment they entered my life and house. I will continue to do so for all future dogs. It is hard enough th have a dog suffering from severe elbow dysplasia, but at least with this insurance I could do the best by her. No question that I would gladly prefer to make no claims and contribute to the insurance pool. My dogs will have better health care than some people with republicans in power.
