The only reason I'm giving it a rating of 8 is because I had a lot of trouble trying to sign up on the website. It's a solid 10/10 for the customer service when I called. I was set up within a few minutes over the phone and everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful.
The customer service was great, Anthony was very patient at explaining all my options. With this is my first time getting pet insurance and had a lot of questions.
