ASPCA Pet Insurance is the best!
Not only is ASPCA a rescue organization, but their pet insurance is phenomenal. You get to choose your plan and price based on your pet's needs. Claims processing times are quick and reimbursement is accurate. We've had ASPCA pet insurance off and on for the last 20 years. There is no better insurance for your pet. We've recommended ASPCA pet insurance to multiple friends and family in this past year alone. We feel grateful to have ASPCA on our side.

Healthy paws are excellent!
I’ve been using healthy paws pet insurance for a few years now and they really have made such a difference in keeping my pup happy and healthy. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with them. Excellent service everytime.
Spent thousands, reimbursed a few hundred
I’ve carried insurance on two dogs for the span of almost their lifetimes. One pup I dropped insurance at age 8, the other kept until she passed (more active dog). When my pup was diagnosed with lymphoma, I thought I’d be happy to have the insurance. I was reimbursed for 1/4 of what was I spent. Cancer meds not being covered, consult fees not being covered. I’m really wondering now if the thousands I spent on pet insurance was ever really worth it.

Trupanion plays games with deductibles so they Don't have to pay you
So my 8-year-old girl that has been insured with trupanion for almost 8 years recently had a bout of endometritis. On the claim form I claimed endometritis as she has had that a few times in the past. After this claim, her deductible of $400 would have been met. Trupanion changed the condition to " discharge" instead of endometriosis which then they could again charge me my full deductible of $400. That's how they get around not paying people because their deductibles are based on condition not per year. My invoice was for $700 and Trupanion paid me $100.Watch out for this company. They used to be really great but they have changed from an ethical upstanding company to one that scams you. In addition, they say that their website has been upgraded but it barely works and their owner's portal does not work at all!

Pets Best is allowing us to have more time with our dog
My dog Echo (7 y/o MN Pomsky) has been a pretty healthy guy his whole life, we were actually considering not continuing with pet insurance this year but did keep it "just in case". In April he started limping, we first thought it was an injury but rest and steroids didn't help at all and it got serious very fast. Our vet referred us to neurology and we were scared and confused how a limp could be neurological. After and MRI they found an inflamed brachial plexus nerve, they said it's possible its from and injury but more likely it was a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST). We tried more steroids in hope it was just inflammation but he just kept getting worse. After a second MRI they saw the nerve was thicker and the only option was amputation and a hemilaminectomy to get rid of his pain. We got this histology back and it was confirmed he has MPNST and they were not able to get clean margins because it is coming from his spine. We are now doing radiation therapy in hope of killing the remaining tumor cells. Having Pets Best insurance has allowed us to do everything Echo has needed for the doctors to care for him best and we didn't have to stress about the cost of it all. We are about $30,000 in so far and Pets Best had been amazing and covered 80% of it all, allowing us to give Echo every treatment and option for a pain free life. I don't know if our boy would be here today if we didn't have the pet health insurance, we are so incredibly thankful for Pets Best insurance helping us have more time with Echo
