Terrible coverage
Terrible coverage. The amount paid monthly and my pup had a procedure and they did not cover evaluations. I have healthypaws for my other pup and they are GREAT! Also when I called they had the incorrect(which I requested an update 6 years ago) breed once they corrected my premium went down.

Quick, easy, and paid!
I had to take BOTH cats to the ER vet because I wasn't sure which one ate the missing strap from a camisole. I was stressed, anxious, afraid, and worried sick about my two little troublemakers, and dreaded the bill for them both. They're worth it, of course, but it was expensive and I had never filed a claim with pet insurance before and was afraid it wouldn't be accepted due to the many horror stories of pet insurance companies not reimbursing. I am so grateful to be able to say that everything that qualified to be reimbursed per the policy documents WAS reimbursed, and without counting the deductible, a $1200 visit only cost $300 in the end. I have called all of my pet parent friends and told them about Pets Best and the experience I had because we all view our pets as our kids, and want the best for them always. I have peace of mind knowing that the premium paid every month is going to an insurance company that has my babies' backs and WILL support the medical care they may need at any time. I am so thankful for PB and the ease of the claim process, especially in the midst of a stressful situation. I cannot say enough good things. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am so glad I went with Pets Best.

Worst insurance company. Buyer beware!
Worst insurance company. Do not hire this company. They will not approve any of your claims although perfectly legitimate and inline with supposed coverage. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they stated that my dog was completely covered for a dental cleaning only to get completely denied. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. No one was willing to be helpful. Claimed to reach out to Vet office which was false. When proper documentation was provided, I was denied. I’m absolutely disappointed as I’m out of $1000.

Very responsive
Fast response and easy to submit online claims for my dog’s surgery . The claims came through quickly but I didn’t even know it was approved. As I did not hear for a few days and did call the customers service which was answered quickly and they looked up the claims for me. I like how responsive they are. Minor suggestion would be to inform me the claims were approved. I do like them sending me email to see how my dog was doing after the surgery.- nice touch.

Spot Pet Inaurance
Have found Spot Pet Ins to be very good and for the most part responsive. The only issue is that we have submitted invoice and doctor notes and then they say they have not received even after both the vet and myself have resubmitted.
