I've had several claims with Prudent Pet and they are AWESOME! They process claims within days, acknowledging receipt of claim same or next day and have always 1) PAID as expected 2) detailed what was covered and paid including showing my deductible/copay or whatever, 3) and paid VERY QUICKLY, as in less than one week. Again, they are AWESOME. Highly recommend.

We had questions - answered.
We had questions regarding reimbursement for prescriptions. We called and had an informative discussion with an agent. All was clarified. We submitted multiple (!) claims online.
