The agent was very helpful she went over a lot of options of what I needed for my puppy to be covered for the insurance very patient because I never had pet insurance before so she went over a lot of of policies with me till I got one that I thought would be a good coverage

Fine carrier, just beware you may be cancelled for no reason
Sonnet was a fine partner until they cancelled my policy out of nowhere. No claims, no issues, I even paid their exorbitant increases year after year. Then they notified me they were cancelling my policy.

Zero communication during the claim…
Zero communication during the claim process. Good luck if ther is an issue because they will give you the run around. I have provided the medical records multiple times in the same email thread and seperate medical records email that is on their site.Reconds that were already confirmed there now they can not locate. This has been going on for a month+. Once sending another email you do not get any communication unless you call and it always feels like starting from zero with the rep. I would give them lower rating if I could. After my policy is up I plan on looking elsewhere. I just want closure for my pet that passed but is making the process far worse.
