I'm amazed
I have been amazed at how quickly my claims are processed. Over a six week period I spent more than $1400 at the vet on my two dogs. Every claim has been processed in a matter of days, not weeks. My former pet insurance, Embrace, would not accept the invoices from my vet. It was infuriating! Thank you, Spot, for being the best pet insurance I've ever had. You're my third company and the best.

Excellent customer service
I have had Embrace pet insurance for several years but thankfully never needed to use them until this year, we are making up for our last time and the year isn't even halfway up. I have submitted many claims and contacted Embrace customer service also many times every experience has been Pleasant and every claim has been easy to file online and paid either the same day or the very next day. I highly recommend embrace, I tell everybody their customer service is similar to Nordstrom's, Top Notch!

They ghosted me
I was so happy with Fetch and the quick response regarding my claims. Some of them were approved and some of them not, fair enough. The only claim that I’m not happy with the follow up and response was for a neuter surgery. I’m fully aware that the insurance doesn’t cover that if I want to fix my dog just because. In my case, my dog has been struggling with some issues where he has been bleeding and the vet mentioned that could be a problem with the prostate and the solution would be neuter surgery. Why wouldn’t the insurance cover that when it’s a surgery to fix a current health issue? Since I tried to appeal their decision, I’ve been ghosted. I want a reasonable explanation and I stopped receiving answers. From being an insurance company that I fully recommended all the time, not I’m doubtful of that.
