Great experience with a dog with cancer
My dog was diagnosed with cancer in November. Initially Healthy Paws thought his tumor was a pre existing condition and was not going to cover his treatment. My veterinarian submitted a letter to them explaining that it was a new development, and that was all Healthy Paws needed to cover his treatment. They have covered everything that I have submitted, and there is no doubt that I would have had to say no to some of his treatment had I not had insurance. Submissions for reimbursement are simple, just attaching an invoice, and their explanation of benefits always make sense. Excellent company and would recommend highly.

Entire process was painless. As a veterinarian I¡¦ve always recommended trupanion based on my clients experiences. I¡¦m so thankful I didn¡¦t let my ego get in the way and got insurance so my little buddy is still with us. <3
