The process was confusing because our breeder had us sign a contact that said we could sign up the day before receiving our puppy and we were told otherwise on the phone with no other direction. I ended up doing everything by myself on the Trupanion website and that was much easier.
The person who helped me was so sweet and knowledgeable. He was funny and made me feel like i was listened too! I would highly recommend this insurance company. I rated it a 10 because it was the highest you can go!
