It is worth every penny!!
I love how simple it is to upload the invoice from our vet. I had reached my chosen deductible of $250 on an illness that my dog had been having. We decided to go to VCA to a specialist for more in-depth testing and treatment options. I was ecstatic to learn that VCA hospitals Directly Bill Trupanion. Trupanion paid all of the deposit that they required for the testing and the deductible is also covered because it was for the same condition that our regular vet was treating. I’m so very happy that I decided to go along with Trupanion insurance. !

Initially I mailed my claim and copies of bills certified to the company address in Florida. About a week later the envelope with the claim was returned marked undeliverable. I called Pet's Best, the address was correct. I decided to submit the claim online. The company confirmed receipt of my claim. Within a reasonable amount of time I was sent the company's evaluation of my claim and stated the settlement check would be mailed, which they did. The compensation was reasonable.
