Trupanion price gouging

My cat is barely over 1 years old. I picked her up from the breeder when she was 3 months old in May of 2024. Now here in May of 2025 trupanion is raising my pets rate from $54 to $84 a month and we have never filled a claim and the cat has a perfect bill of health. They raised my premium by 56%. That is absurd. I immediately called and canceled because that is straight up a scam.

Met Life Pet Insurance

I knew I would need pet insurance when Archie was about 6 months old. I chose Met Life for their exceptional reputation. I built my own plan (there are options) that I thought would best fit our needs. Insurance is to protect one from financial harm, no one ever buys insurance hoping to use it! Met Life on-line claims process is easy. Met Life does what they say they will do! All of our claims have been processed within 15 days and the claim payment is directly deposited in to my account. Again you have payment options. Customer Service is also exceptional! I have moved from state to state and no issues!! If you have a pet, Met Life cannot be beat!!!!! Metlifecom/Pets

Worry free service

My Pets Best policy covers almost everything my dog needs medically so I don't have to worry about going broke to treat her. The timely turn around from claim submittal to reimbursement helps with that as well. Very satisfied with Pets Best and plan to consider Pets Best for my next pet as well. Animals get sick just like people do and I'm very happy this service exists so when crisis hits, I can count on Pets Best to help us through it.

Easy Claims for Chronic Issue

We signed up for Pets Best Insurance the day we brought our puppy home. It has been a godsend! Turns out our dog is allergic to grass. She needs monthly injections to keep the itching and skin rash away or at least to a minimum. I submit the claims as soon as I get home from the vet and within 3 to 4 days I've received reimbursement according to my plan. Submitting the claim is as easy as pushing a few buttons, taking a photo, and writing a brief description of the issue. I'm extremely satisfied with the coverage I have and the service I have received from Pet's Best.

Double emergencies…

The website needs work

Too many pop-ups I don't like your website and it doesn't explain what the next process is and it should give the customer an option right away to add another pet to see what the discount would be before asking for the money right up front for the first pet
