Spot Pet is quick to reimburse!
Spot Pet is very quick to pay their insured. They are easy to talk to if you have any questions filling out the form to get reimbursed. I’ve been with Spot Insurance for about two (2) years. I’ve never had any problems getting reimbursed for my claims. Thank you Spot!

I received a free trial of Trupanion…
I received a free trial of Trupanion through a breeder when I adopted my Maine Coon kitten. He had very bad diarreah when I got him home and the breeder had sent me home with worming medications. I took him for a wellness check to the vet and asked for a full fecal panel to be sure of the cause of the diarrheah. I submitted the claim and Trupanion refused to pay for the panel and sent me a long list of all the things they do not cover which seems like almost every reason you might bring a pet to the vet. They also asked for $154cnd per month if I wished to continue the coverage. What coverage? No thanks.

Pets Best is awesome--yet again.
Once again, Pets Best outdid themselves. I accumulated 4 claims, including one vet visit and 3 different prescriptions, and submitted them all at the same time (4 separate claims because each took place on a different day) on May 2. By May 9, I had already received the EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) for all 4 claims and they were accurate. That turnaround is a record, even for Pets Best. I'm super impressed. NOTE: I have been a Pets Best customer for about a decade, if not a little more, and they have always been reliable, accurate, and timely in their processing of claims. When my senior dog passed away two years ago, the very first thing I did when I got my new puppy was to insure him with Pets Best. I remain VERY pleased with their service. Highly recommended.
