Great Experience
Loki was not feeling well and was drooling, which is not normal for him. The next morning, I called and got him into the vet to get checked out, which included an exam and labs. After his visit, I was able to easily file the claim on the app including uploading a copy of the invoice/receipt. It took less than 5 minutes. Payment was in my account about 3 weeks later, which I consider an acceptable time frame. I received an email once the claim was filed, an email a couple week later apologizing for the extra time it was taking (again I did not think it was too much time), and finally an email with the EOB. Pets Best makes filing the claim easy, and keeps you informed. I am very satisfied with the experience (other than Loki being sick) and love having the peace of mind knowing that if Loki or one of my other cats get sick or injured that they are covered

Easiest Insurance To Use
This is the 1st pet I’ve ever had that I’ve used pet insurance. I’ve never needed to file a claim before, but the ease of the process has made it 100% worth it. My dog has allergies we are learning, typically I would have stressed about having to deal with the cost sometimes associated with it. But having pet Insurance with kind and caring agents, and representatives that genuinely want to help has been such a relief. They made the claim process easy, kept me informed, and notified me with an explanation of benefits, and when reimbursement was made. I’ll always recommend Pets Best to fellow pet owners!

My questions were answered and made sense. I wish Spot, like other insurance companies would cover pre-existing conditions if they could come up with the right price. I was disconnected when I wanted to speak to someone about changing my pets' coverage though.

I am so disappointed with the service of this insurance. I just received my recent billing, and there was an increase in my policy. There was no notification that the policy would be increased or the reason. They take forever to process a claim.
