Worry free service
My Pets Best policy covers almost everything my dog needs medically so I don't have to worry about going broke to treat her. The timely turn around from claim submittal to reimbursement helps with that as well. Very satisfied with Pets Best and plan to consider Pets Best for my next pet as well. Animals get sick just like people do and I'm very happy this service exists so when crisis hits, I can count on Pets Best to help us through it.

Easy Claims for Chronic Issue
We signed up for Pets Best Insurance the day we brought our puppy home. It has been a godsend! Turns out our dog is allergic to grass. She needs monthly injections to keep the itching and skin rash away or at least to a minimum. I submit the claims as soon as I get home from the vet and within 3 to 4 days I've received reimbursement according to my plan. Submitting the claim is as easy as pushing a few buttons, taking a photo, and writing a brief description of the issue. I'm extremely satisfied with the coverage I have and the service I have received from Pet's Best.

The website needs work
Too many pop-ups I don't like your website and it doesn't explain what the next process is and it should give the customer an option right away to add another pet to see what the discount would be before asking for the money right up front for the first pet

My dog recently tore her ccl. The surgery center submitted and trupanion paid them directly. I only had to pay the balance . I’m so glad I decided to get insurance when I first got my rescues. I can focus on her recovery and not a huge vet bill .

This has been horrible and I am about…
This has been horrible and I am about ready to cancel my policy. I put in a claim stating that there is no vet between the time I adopted Blitz and the emergency clinic. My claim has been put on hold several times stating that I need to provide all medical information between those times. There is no information. I cannot provide something that does not exist. It is obvious that Fetch does not want to pay claims after I have paid the premiums. Horrible, horrible service.
