The only pet insurance I will ever have
We have used MetLife now for a few years and it is always been a very easy process and a very kind process. We lost our dog / baby and I will never forget how kind the MetLife representative was when I called to say that he had passed away. She reminded me that they took care of afterlife care just like they took care of him when he was here. She reimbursed us for all aftercare cost. The kindness that we experienced is unforgettable. Can’t express how much this company is more than just a company. It’s a group of kind individuals helping you every step of the way.

Increase $75…
They increased my dogs insurance by $75 per month. Nothing happened to my dog to justify the increase They refused to pay for a routine vaccine/wellness check. I feel they haven't been fair, my dog is older but very healthy.
