I'm honestly just so happy to have a insurance policy that ACTUALLY pays out my bills, even if it's expensive. My dog had a tumor on her skin and we were worried about the cost, but Pets Best covered a huge portion of it. Do not purchase Pets Best
I had pets best insurance for almost 5 years for both dogs. I have never filed a claim until my dog had to have surgeries not expected. The bill came to $6000 and pets best denied the whole claim. There were no pre-existing they went by comments that the veterinary, and made when she was giving education about the dog breed.. I wouldn’t waste my money on pet insurance ever again
