We will always make the drive to come here! We ended up here by chance when we had to put our hamster down. The entire staff was amazing, compassionate, and understanding. Truly caring people. A couple weeks later we received a sympathy card from them with a sweet note from each of the staff. They made an awful situation as good as it could be. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful place! We were moving and I had to board my two pitbulls and they were so wonderful with them! They were fabulously priced and I just couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for my furbabies! I would highly recommend, especially if you are on a budget! Thank you guys for taking such good care of Bella and Luna!

I called to try to make an appointment first time ever coming into this place. They tried to look up an account for my dog and I let them know that it would again be the first time of us coming in and then I was needing to get an appointment as soon as possible. She said probably won’t let able to get you and you’ll have to go somewhere else or go to the Sister one. Don’t feel like she even looked to see if she had appointments open due to me not having an account with them already. I have four dogs and run a dog grooming business I was very disappointing since I’ve been recommending this place for other clients since one of my clients love this place. Will be looking into another place to recommend.

We have brought our conure here several times, and we had an amazing experience each time. Everyone on the staff is extremely helpful, communicative, and polite. If you have a bird, this is the best place in Vegas to bring them.

staff is amazing !! reviews are wrong this place was amazing! staff is very caring and sweet very assisting i was worried about my dogs dental surgery but they were so sweet i felt better when i left and super nice when i picked her up :) would come back
