The representative was nice , listened to me but she couldn’t help with much ! I believe it’s not her fault and she has limits how to help since my complaint was about the coverage ! I feel that I’m paying too much for nothing in return and I am very disappointed of what the policy covers !!! Everywhere I turn it seems I keep paying deductibles and nothing much is covered ! Anyway my intention is to change and get something else , I am tired of the run around I’ve been getting with Trupanion!

Whenever there was a glitch, the customer service people were very helpful and capable in resolving it. Having health insurance for my cat who has several medical issues has made it possible to give him a happy and comfortable life. He is a very special, loving been who has supported me in getting through some very challenging times.
