Savior for my pets. Always come along in time of need. My cat was recently sick and neede medical attention. Submitting claim is a breeze and reimbursement came through within matter of days.

Really easy claims experience
Really easy claims experience! They got back to me really quickly on all my claims and payment was sent promptly. Their app does need a lot of work. I try to submit claims on the app. It seems to always crash on me, but the computer works fine. Great coverage options and insurance for my fur babies!

Horrible to deal with and most claims…
Horrible to deal with and most claims are getting denied! The only thing they seem to be successful at is raising their monthly cost! Started at $95 in 2016 and am now at a $203 monthly fee! Do not choose Trupanion, your pet deserves better!

They have improved the payment time
They have improved the payment time. It would be good to have EOBs connected to check. They keep mixing up my 2 dogs in regard to payment even tho the correct animals name is on the invoice which holds up payment.
