It was my first time submitting a claim. I am terrible with technology so I was worried I would have trouble figuring out how to do it. The app made it so simple and straight forward. I then received an email confirming they had received it. In no time at all I had my response. It was very timely. I was very impressed with the process and the quick response time. I’m glad I went with Trupanion.
