Love the coverage
Love the coverage, and the reimbursement process which makes filing a claim and getting refunds super easy and quick. Love the website. But why do you need two months of premiums up front ? None of my other insurance policies require this.

BIggest complaint is receiving payment
Usually very slow to process claims. This itme was better. Biggest complaint is the payment method. You want me to sign up for some serice, another set of userids and passwords to worry about. So just wait for you to mail a check. If have an account with you - why can't that account be used to handle payments?
