I am so thankful that I chose Fetch. Their claim process was very easy and I was kept informed of the status throughout. They reimbursed me very quickly with no issue and it was the full amount I expected with the coverage limits I had chosen.

Trupanion is Wonderful to Work With
Trupanion has always been wonderful to work with. They are fair and prompt in processing reimbursements and even suggested that I could have the claim paid directly to the vet to save me having to pay and then submit an invoice.

Insurance increases are too much
I like Trupanion, and you have been good for my dog, however having the cost of my insurance increase almost 50% over the past 3 years (18% this year alone) for a young and healthy dog has been very hard to take.
