Trupanion is the best for my fur daughter.
Trupanion is the best. They answer questions I have when I call so I can understand & explain well. I receive fast response to when I file a claim. After going over my claim I receive an e mail explaining exactly what's covered & what's not covered & why. I am happy I chose Trupanion for my fur daughter. I am very satisfied & highly recommend Trupanion.

Pets Best is Incredible Insurance
Our wonderful 6 year old dog was diagnosed with diabetes in May 2025. He went into diabetic ketoacidosis and had pancreatitis which put him in ICU for a week. We love him so much and felt he deserved a chance. We appreciate the amazing coverage he has through Pets Best. Filing claims has been easy and we are grateful for the care he is receiving and can afford thanks to Pets Best. Hunter's Vets at Desert Hills have been wonderful! They are so supportive and really want the best care for him.
company is truly a scam…
This insurance company is truly a scam when it comes to paying out. If it’s routine there’s not a problem. However don’t waste your time, energy, or money on any other plans. They will lie about contacting the vet office, lie about attaching files, lie about calling you back, and lie about what they need. I have been fighting this company for almost two months for insurance I pay for. If I’d just put everything I pay for this in an account I’d have had better luck. The last contact was being promised by a supervisor that multiple people would be written up for lying to a customer and not doing their jobs only to once again have the supervisor lie to us and again not reopen a claim that they had all the information on in the first place. Don’t waste your money. I’ve already sent in complaints to the better business bureau. It’s disappointing that they offer to help and just leave you in a worse spot with more stress when you animal has injuries .
