Best contact person I've spoken with.
Dan may be the very best contact person I've spoken with. I'm basically happy with Trupanion and I do recommend this insurance to many people. There are still times when I believe Trupanion should pay for a claim I request but do not. Still, I've never regretted buying this insurance.

Service was fine, but didn't cover much.
The overall claim process was not bad. But getting 60 back from a 500 bill is disappointing. What's the point of insurance if you pay for the illness and insurance. So it would be hard to recommend this to anyone.
