Partners in our pets' care from youth through their golden years
When our pets were younger, having insurance through Nationwide gave me peace of mind because I knew that if they had a medical emergency, I'd be able to take them to the vet and get them the care that they needed. Our pets are now all frosted faces, and I'm especially thankful that we have kept them insured with you because you have come through for us when our cocker spaniel, Mabu, got cancer (he's OK now!!!), and you came through for us when our little mixed breed, Pupusa, developed digestive issues (we're getting those treated!).

Great when the Clinic processes Trupanion - Stressful when they don't
Trupanion works great and amazingly well when the vet clinic or hospital I am using processes the paperwork, obtains preapproval, etc. It allows me to focus on my dog who is sick, instead of focusing on how am I going to pay for the services. It is stressful and difficult when I have to pay out of pocket, submit the paperwork and then it can sometimes take 3 weeks or more to get the reimbursement.

the value of trupanion pet insurance
I never realized how important pet insurance was; my vet recommended it to me. So I got it. Six years later, I learned why. My beloved cocker spaniel had oral melanoma stage 1. The tumor was surgically removed (along with numerous x-rays) I NEVER could have afforded the cost without Trupanion's help. And it was so simple to file, reimbursements were received quickly. I never experienced one problem during the whole procedure. Trupanion was terrific in every way. I recommend that ANYONE with a pet to not hesitate to get trupanion pet insurance. Pricewise, it's worth it and you owe it to your pet!
