I was very impressed with my Trupanion…
I was very impressed with my Trupanion experience when my pup had a herniated disc. My vet was able to work directly with them so there was only a small fraction of out of pocket expenses for me. This was a huge relief at such a stressful time

Everything has been great until…
Everything has been great until recently. My dog has an autoimmune disease that requires several visits to the vet. This last bill all of a sudden they want all of my dogs history. Strange they never asked for it until now.

Very quick at determining claims
As always, my dog's claim was quickly approved. Trupanion was the best coverage I could find for both my dog's and cats. I will never be without this coverage. The worry of not having enough money to treat my babies is no longer there.

Extremely happy I choose Embrace to insure my dogs.
I insured both of my dogs, a 6 year old Rottweiler and a 5 year old GSDX, in October of 2016. I was considering not renewing in 2017 as I hadn't had any claims until the "incident". I came home from work on a Friday afternoon and the Rott was gimpy in her rear legs. At that point not an emergency. Within 48 hours she was paralyzed in the back end. She spent 3 days at the emergency hospital undergoing labs, X-rays, MRI and PT. The bill was huge. I was able to provide her all the expert care she required because I had insured her. She still receives acupuncture and laser therapy as well as Rx for that injury and all expenses are still covered. I couldn't have afforded her treatment without going bankrupt without Embrace.

We have had Trupanion since our Ellabelle was a puppy. She is 10 now and has some chronic conditions and issues. Trupanion is there, giving me comfort to take care of her with no worries about how are we going to pay? They deposit claim money within a few days from our invoice being sent. They answer phone calls right away, customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Trupanion as your insurance carrier for your pet.

I’m so grateful I got insurance for my English Bulldog from Trupanion since she was 3 months old. At 6 years old she tore her ACL and the expenses were heavy. I didn’t have to think about the cost to take care of her since Trupanion was there to help cover costs. They didn’t, even for a second, make me think they would give me grief over the costs. They were so happy to pay for her bills as they care about animals as much as we do. Absolutely recommend Trupanion to anyone.

The workers that helped me (I'm sorry I cannot remember your names) were so kind and compassionate when my little Natale had cancer. The sad thing was she never showed any signed of illness. They covered all her medical bills. Unfortunately, the cancer spread and my little Natale, the cutest Tuxedo cat, passed away. Embrace Insurance is just outstanding when it comes to the care of your pets. I have three other pets and I must say if you are looking for a health plan for your pets, this is the company you want to handle it for you.

Trupanion is absolutely the best!
Trupanion is absolutely the best! They are very efficient. They have been wonderful since the first phone call to sign up to just recently when they authorized the money (within thirty minutes) needed to save our cat. In our time of need they were there. They were very compassionate throughout the whole ordeal. We cannot say enough about them!
