Professional and courteous customer service and reasonable turnaround on claims. I also appreciate the consideration to remove a pre-existing condition from Ranger’s account. I really feel as though Nationwide genuinely cares about my pet. Thank you!

Hartville Pet Insurance is the best and processed my claim in a very timely fashion.
My 3 year old Rottweiler had TPLO surgery back in February. After all was said and done she is recovering nicely. Hartville Pet Insurance was there for me and processed my claim quickly. I have the plan that pays 90% and was very glad that I had it. Being retired and on a fairly fixed income it took me awhile to save up the money for the surgery. It was wonderful to have so much of that money returned to me. Everyone with a pet needs to have pet insurance and I highly recommend Hartville Pet Insurance,

Very easy claim submission process ~ take a picture of the bill, and submit it via the VitrusVet app. The claim review and reimbursement process can take up to 30 days, but no hiccups along the way.

So glad I made the choice of ASPCA.
So glad I made the choice of ASPCA pet insurance. I have a 5 year old Yorkie and had to use the insurance that last year. He developed a medical issue and needed surgery. It was easy to make the claim ( all on line) and I even got a call back to see how Bernie was doing. Never got that from my own insurance. Was so easy to enroll and make a claim on line. And I always got the answer I needed when I called for information. Always polite and willing to go the next step if needed. I always promote ASPCA when talking with my friends with pets. I would not change.

Happy with my pet insurance.
Was very pleased with quick payment on this claim even with having to mail in claim. I have Vitus Vet but had to send in claim by mail anyway because NW said it wasn't clear enough to see what they needed. I would rather use Vitus Vet because it saves time and a stamp but I guess that luxury can't be.
