Good care

I have a few issues with Ferdinand and brought him to my vet they did all necessary tests and my baby boy is wonderful. I was fully reimbursed, it took some time but nation wide came through. Couldn’t be happier, and my puppy is great

Recommend Embrace Without Question

Filing a claim, cannot be any easier. My Vet E-mails the bill to me, that shows the procedure(s) done and the charge(s). I then e-mail them to the Embrace claims area and two weeks later I have what is covered and what is not covered. I researched very carefully, which Pet Insurance to buy before I got my Golden Retriever and it was very clear that Embrace came out on top.

"A healthy dose of skepticism is a good…

"A healthy dose of skepticism is a good thing." You could say that's my motto and it was with this in mind I signed up for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. My expectation was a lot of pushback and quibbling about claims. To the contrary, while my first claim took about a month to process, subsequent claims have been processed in less than a week and with no pushback or quibbling over whether the claims were legit. I would recommend this insurance wholeheartedly.

ASPCA has been great

ASPCA has been great, i have never had a problem with them paying a claim. (Not like other INSURANCES I have tried at twice the cost). They are quick, caring, call to see how my baby is doing? Thankful for pet insurance. Claims take too long to process and or receiving reimbursement. Insurance increase is too pricey.

Despite multiple attempts made by our vets office to file the same claims. It appears they are being lost. I never use to experience this problem in the beginning but over the last 8 months. We (myself and Vet office) are resending claims multiple times because "you claim you're not receiving them." I live outside city limits and this does not make it very easy to make myself available. However, I can assure you all claims are being processed by fax at checkout after each visit. I can also understand the insurance increase for Milee our boxer, with sensitive stomach and other issues. But to increase Jade too (border collie mix) whom is seen only once a year for routine check ups (healthy dog and has no health issues) Your policy information says your giving us a discount for our 2 pets. I'm not so sure about that either. I believe the insurance increase took place because Milee has health issues and nothing more. But If we drop Jade from the insurance we lose the supposed discount. That sounds a bit off and ridiculous.

Easier than I could have ever dreamt!

Submitting my first claim was easier than I could have ever dreamt! I simply uploaded a picture of the itemized receipt, then I was paid via direct deposit less than two weeks later. I am definitely a fan.
