So VERY grateful for Healthy Paws
We own a Pug, and he is our everything. I am so grateful we obtained pet insurance when he was young, and I am so grateful we decided on Healthy Paws (after extensive research and comparisons). I quite literally do not know where we would be without the support of Healthy Paws. Our Pug has been a little more high maintenance than most dogs :). Healthy Paws has always taken care of us. They respond quickly. They issue payments quickly. They even check in with me via email asking about how our Pug is doing. I never miss an opportunity to tell people to use Healthy Paws!

We love this insurance!
We are so glad we got this insurance for all 3 of our cats we adopted 7 yrs ago. We decided to get it when they were kittens. It has been a real help when they go in for their annual physicals, dental cleanings and other procedures. Our Rebecca had to have 4 teeth pulled at the dental exam last month and we were surprised at how much we got back on that! It helps pay off that care credit card! It is so easy to file a claim. It takes just a couple of minutes and you are done. Then they direct deposit into your bank! Super easy! And they send birthday cards. They even sent an email checking up on Rebecca. How cool is that?

Friendly quick efficient
Friendly quick efficient. Friendly helpful customer service, good communication about claims, and while sometimes there is a slight delay in processing claims, it isn't too long and the claims payments are always correct
