Overall claim process is simple through the APP
The process for submitting claims is easy and efficient through the app. Although it takes a bit long to receive a reimbursement, the process for obtaining your funds is VERY simple and links directly to your banking account.

If you can afford,yes .Its Expensive and they increase in premium every year for my 1 dog and 2 cats ,one of which is diabetic and gets insulin shots.But its worth paying knowing your pet is covered in case they get sick.Trupanion should at least cover some percentage on vaccinations or wellness yearly even a small percentage.This will attract more people who are thinking of getting pet insurance.They only cover per incident/ illness and Rx medicines ,and they cover 90%. Overall all,I am happy

Embrace has gone above and beyond anything I ever expected of a pet insurance company.
This review is not just for Penelope but also for my sweet, sweet baby boy Leo who died when he was only three. I spent thousands of dollars trying to determine what was wrong, including exploratory surgery and other diagnostic tools that I would not have been able to afford without pet insurance. It took me six emotional months after Leo died to finally submit claims from his treatment. Embrace walked me through the process and I received substantial reimbursement checks within a couple of weeks. Throughout the process all of the Embrace stuff I spoke with were helpful and compassionate and after learning that Leo had died they sent me a sweet sympathy card personally signed by a half a dozen of the Embrace staff. I recommend Embrace without reservation. Also a shoutout to Caravan Vet, in the Minneapolis area, who are also beyond awesome and who recommended Embrace to me.
