The policy documents are misleading and…
The policy documents are misleading and over state what's covered - for instance vaccines say $50 for all the basic vaccines "per incident". This means if you're like most people and have your dog vaccinated for a few things in one visit, they only pay the $50 once and not for each vaccine. This is one example of many. They are super shady.

I think the price is a little high
I think the price is a little high. If your dog is young like mine and only sees the vet maybe twice a year for shots then I'm spending a lot of money each month. I do understand if something happens that could cost a lot then I'm covered. But the odds are in your favor for that. I will have to decide if I stay or go.
