my first experience with your company i was very disappointed…. I had to remind My Litchfield Vet dr to use your insurance… even tho i had been informed by you it was done. With my first bill over $900, you paid only about $50 of the total. And i am paying for insurance ?

I have been with Trupanion now for…10 years
I have been with Trupanion now for almost 10 years since I adopted my dog from the local shelter. They recommended pet insurance and I am so glad they did because my pup has had a lot of health issues. I got him as a puppy and would never have imagined the health challenges and I am so grateful for Trupanion being with me every step of the way. I have never had an issue with them not covering something or processing taking long. I am just relieved to know they are there with me whatever happens. So grateful for the whole Trupanion team!

Trupanion is the best thing we could have invested in…
Trupanion is the best thing we could ever have "invested" in! When my best buddy started to have health problems, knowing that Trupanion was there for us made a massive difference in how we got our furry family member treated. There was no hesitation when the doctors asked if they could run tests. Blood cultures, biopsies, CT scans, etc. If they could make him better, I said to do whatever they needed to do. If we didn't have Trupanion, I don't think we would have been able to get the treatment thatvwas necessary done. It made ALL the difference in the world to me that we could get him the very best treatment without having to worry about the financial aspect. Thank you Trupanion, we really appreciate what you do! So much so that we have continued our policy with our newest fur baby!
